I'm EuclideanSquid; I moderate for several VTubers and work as the Assistant Bookkeeper for our family-owned business, High Desert Bookkeeping.
It’s our job to take the bulk of the boring bookkeeping tasks off your plate to give you more time for networking, polishing your skills or enjoying a well-earned rest!
We keep track of and balance your finances for you. We don't tell you what to do with your money or have any control over it. We just organize things so you know where your money is coming from and where it's going.
Here, you'll be treated as individuals, not names and income. Questions are welcomed, and we will talk with you, not AT you. We're here to make finances less scary, not more!
We Can Help
We are bookkeepers, not accountants. Our services and expertise are focused on maintaining and tracking finances, not determining what to do with them.
Another way to think of it is that we don't design and build gardens, we simply prune and water the plants.
Similarly, while our work can make filing taxes easier, we are not tax professionals or preparers and will not do that work for you (though we can help you find someone that does).
Aside from categorizing transactions, we also regularly check to make sure your finances all add up and can provide reports that bring clarity and provide details about where you’re earning your money and where you’re spending it.
Most importantly, we do the tedious work, so you have more time and energy to do whatever you want to do!
Our Services

Monthly
Our most standard set of services.
Regularly each month, we will categorize and keep a running total of how much you've been making and spending and from where. Also includes "reconciling" your accounts, which involves comparing your bank/card statements to our numbers and making sure everything is accounted for as well as reports on your finances when you want them or on a routine schedule.
First half hour: $26, Subsequent: $11

Quarterly
Same as Monthly, but for those who think they don't need that regular of upkeep.
Categorizations will still happen throughout months one and two, and during the third we'll request the prior three months of statements to perform reconciliations. If you request reports partway through, we may ask for statements early to provide a more accurate result.
First half hour: $27, Subsequent: $14

Yearly/As Needed
Don't want a long-term plan or just need a quick-and-simple summary?
This is for you; it won't be as pretty as the formatted reports the software can produce, but we can still compile all of your info into a spreadsheet. Organized into months and complete with a cover sheet displaying total in and outflows of cash.
